One More Month to Go

Practice Sessions and Consultations by donation for the month of February.

Thank you to those who have now experienced the first 14 sessions of (HCH) Heart-Centred Hypnotherapy with me. Witnessing the range of healing experiences in these sessions has confirmed both the depth and breadth of this form, as well as my love for it.

Certainly, the practitioner is not the expert in heart-centred therapies such as HCH. I’ve learned that I can have no certain idea where the session will lead, and am left in wonder and awe all over again after each one.

We may regress, we may discover something else that needs our attention. Whatever we may experience in the sensory state though, will be potent.

Some have had ‘breakthroughs’ of healing and change, some have gained a new connection with or understanding of themselves; some have gained insights as healers, and some have had experiences of deep relaxation and rewiring . . . The full meaning of the session lands in its own time and way.

Sending strong and powerful energy of peace, truth, wisdom and reconciliation to our entire planet, and looking forward to sharing more with you, here in the heartspace.
