INTEGRATED APPROACH
Jude is a mixed-race, person centred, and extremely multi-faceted facilitator. She is a fellow traveller, guide and navigator of the inner landscapes. A deeply compassionate listener, connector, and articulator, Jude seeks to support what is most needed for each person, in the timing and language of each unique process.
With a solid foundation of conventional counselling practices and evidence-based interventions, Jude’s work integrates the views and principles of Systemic Family Constellations, The Way of Council, Non-Violent (Compassionate) Communication and Heart-Centred Therapies.
Developed and disseminated internationally over the last 40 years, Heart-Centred Therapies remain one of the most integral foundations of Jude’s work, with individuals, relationships, and groups. Heart-Centred Therapies integrate theories and practices of Depth, Jungian, Gestalt, Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies, Reichian and Mindfulness practices. Foundational to Heart-Centred Therapies, and Jude’s practice, is the concept of the client as the ultimate expert on what is needed for resolution, with the goal of activating each person’s own innate healing mechanism from within.

In the session space, I witness, reflect, and inquire from a deeply compassionate and wide-angled lens of human experience. I work with what arises most naturally, with a keen eye and ear for what is possible, most needed, and ultimately empowering from that place.
